3.1 We provide express shipping, cargo services, and import facilitation.

Illegal substances or contraband like Perfume, Alcohol, Bank notes, Gold.
Counterfeit goods or items restricted by Nigerian law.

5.2 NADA Logistics Service Solutions reserves the right to reject shipments containing prohibited items.


6. Payment and Fees

6.1 All service fees must be paid in full before shipment.
6.2 Outstanding payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
6.3 Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or third-party adjustments.


7. Insurance

8. Delivery and Claims

9. Termination of Service

9.2 Breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.



10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10.2 Disputes will be resolved amicably or through the courts in Lagos State.
